There once lived a family with three kids and two parents.  The family lived far away from New Brunswick but, came to visit. The first two days they played at the beach. At the beach they swam around and dug in the sand. The kids favorite thing to do at that beach was swim till they got cold. The beach was near a cottage that the family stayed at. In the cottage there was a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There was even a TV in the kitchen. The cottage was really nice. On the third day there was trouble though. The family went to the beach where the hopeful rocks were. What was wrong with going there on July 30, 2009? The problem was it started to rain. Lightly at the beginning but, it soon turned hard. Would you wear summer clothes or winter clothes to a beach? I’d wear summer clothes to a beach but if you went to that beach on that day and wore shoes that can slip off your feet, the shoes would keep slipping off and fall into the sticky, icky mud. That day was not all that bad after they dried off. On July 31, 2009 the family went to the beach near their cottage again. At the beach one of the kids found a starfish and took it home, another kid built sculptures using sand and they all swam around. Later, they went to eat at a restaurant and after they ate ice cream. They also watched a man go fishing. That man was really good! He caught a lot.

On August 1 the family went to Nova Scotia. The first thing they did there was go on a boat tour. The oldest kid got to steer the boat. After, the family went to a place in Nova Scotia that was really rocky. The kids liked to climb up the rocks. The next day they swam around and played in the sand.
